Photos of your card
Use the original front and back photos you took before the theft (the sharpest, most complete you have, not screenshots or crops). A twin made from older photos may match less precisely than one made from the card in hand.
Creating a Verisart Web3 COA or NFT requires passing our Authentic Item Integrity screening during checkout. Selling an NFT or transferring the Verisart Web3 COA with the paired card subjects you to local, provincial/state or federal laws on withholding or shipping a stolen, forged, altered, tampered or substituted item.
About the theft
No COA or NFT is issued while your card is missing. We create it once the card is recovered. Until then, your twin stays private and is used for matching. We review every stolen-card order by hand before we process it.
Registry-only twin (no COA)
A private record of your card in our Lost & Stolen registry, without a Verisart certificate of authenticity (COA). For any raw or graded card worth $200+ CAD, and any Gretzky rookie card. We review every Registry-only order by hand.
What you give up without a COA

Photo tips: how to photograph your card

Do: Good Flat on a dark, plain, matte surface. Even light. All four edges showing. -
Don't: Glare A bright hot spot hides the surface. Turn off the flash and tilt away from the light. -
Don't: Busy background Patterns hide the edges and corners. Use a plain, dark surface. -
Don't: Too dark Dim light hides wear and print detail. Move to bright, even light. -
Don't: In a sleeve Plastic adds shine and hides the edges. Take the card out first.
- Lay the card flat on a dark, plain, non-shiny surface.
- Use bright, even light with no flash.
- Take it out of any sleeve or top loader.
- Never remove your card from a grading company's slab. Opening it voids the grade. Just tilt the slab to avoid glare on the case.
- Fill the frame and keep all four edges in view.

Before we issue it, Sprunger Originals does a photo-based authenticity review of your card. Not sure about your card? Try our free estimated grade first. The Verisart Web3 COA records your card's identity and ownership based on that review. It isn't a grade, and it isn't an in-hand authentication by PSA or any other grader.
NFT

After checkout, you'll automatically receive a PDF with instructions for your photos and proof of possession. You don't need to send us your card. Contact us for multi-card pricing.
