Payment, Shipping & Packaging Policies

1.  Payment Policy:

In an effort to reduce fraud and scam activity, the following payment policy is in place for online purchases.

These sales indicators are subject to Direct Payment and/or possible confirmation of identification prior to shipping your item:

• Single purchase over $1,000
• Multi-purchase totalling over $1,000
• Credit card payment flagged by our anti-fraud application 
• Different account billing and credit card billing address
• Different billing and shipping address

Direct Payment methods include e-transfer, money order, wire transfer or crypto currency transfer.  

For auction items, you will have 3 days to pay for your order.  Otherwise, the next highest bidder will be eligible to purchase the item or the item will be re-listed for buy now sale.

Payment instructions are provided when you place your order. 

2.  Shipping & Packaging Policies

A.  Digital items

Digital NFTs need to be claimed by you.  You will receive an email with a link to access your NFT or blockchain certificate and download other content if applicable.  There are no shipping charges.

B.  Trading Cards and small printed items:

Shipping Policy

Canada:  

1. Shipping with tracking included with orders over $100 up to 0.55 kg (10 graded cards).  Insurance up to $100
2. Flat rate of $8 for shipping and tracking for orders under $100 up to 0.55 kg (10 graded cards). Insurance up to $100.
3. An option of $3.00 for regular post without tracking for either up to 4 graded cards, 5 to 20 raw cards, or a combination of graded and raw up to 0.22 kg.   Tracking and insurance not included.
4. Flat rate of $15 shipping with tracking for 21-75 raw cards without top loaders.
5. An option of $6.00 for regular post without tracking for 21-75 raw card without top loaders.
6. All other orders are calculated at check out.

USA:  Shipping is calculated at check out for all cards and small printed items.  

Packaging Policy 

Your package is sealed with security tape. If this tape has been cut or shows VOID, please do not open it. Take a picture and contact us immediately. If your item is damaged, please take a picture and contact us immediately. If you received the wrong item, please take a picture and contact us immediately.

Graded cards:

Raw cards:

Common cards will not have a penny sleeve and top loader.   High value raw cards will ship with a penny sleeve and top loader.  Up to 4 cards is packaged in stay flat envelopes.  4 or more cards with regular post is packaged in cardboard dividers inserted into bubble envelope or tracked shipping is packaged in cardboard carton inserted into bubble envelope.

C.  Posters:

Your poster is packaged in a shipping tube and is sealed with security tape. If this tape has been cut or shows VOID, please do not open it. Take a picture and contact us immediately. If your item is damaged, please take a picture and contact us immediately. If you received the wrong item, please take a picture and contact us immediately.

Canada:  Posters purchased under $100 are shipped and tracked in tubes for a flat rate across Canada.  Posters purchased over $100 are shipped and tracked in tubes for free.

USA:  Shipping is calculated at check out.

D.  Other items:

Shipping for all other items are calculated at check out for both Canada and the USA.

E.  Clothing:

Shipping for clothing and other branded items is determined at check out based on your ship to location and weight.
